Virus alert installing Bitwine Taskbar anew

Hello! For a long time I had my Bitwine Taskbar installed in startup of my Win7, today I didn`t see it popping out nor in startup, nor in taskbar & had found it in search, computer offered just to uninstall it. So I uninstalled and went here to download anew, but my Avira says TR/Dropper.Gen(Cloud) found in programm so it`s blocked & I can`t proceed with installation. What should I do – ignore alert or wait until error is fixed in Taskbar program? Thanx!
