Yes, we do have visitors to Bitwine who are seeking technical support and help, however it is not one of our main catagories at this time.
Once you are logged into the system regularily, you will be seen and noticed for the services you offer, and you will receive client calls.
I suggest doing some self promotion, placing your Bitwine widgets within your email signature, blog and forum posts and on any social networking websites, which will increase your visibility as well.
